Do I need to supply my own plans and permits before contacting a builder?
No. We streamline the entire process making it easy for the customer. If required, we can arrange for all plans and permits and have them submitted into council for approval.
Do I have to make all of my selections before starting the project? Example, tap ware, colour schemes, flooring etc.?
With the assistance of our in-house consultant, we can arrange for all of this for you. The sooner these finishes are selected, the more time efficient the project. If required, we can assist with interiors. We will work with you as required to achieve your desired result.
Are you a registered builder?
Yes. Geoff Rawlins ( Rawlins Constructions Pty Ltd ) is registered with the Victorian Building Authority. We are registered for both Domestic and Commercial projects. All work is backed by comprehensive insurance and public liability. As well as this we provide a builders guarantee.
